Welcome to the Urban Space!

A brand new, comfortable, and welcoming condo in the heart of downtown Quebec City. Well-equipped and tastefully decorated in an industrial style, our condo has everything you need for a successful stay in the heart of Quebec City.

The accommodation

The building:
The Urban Space is located on the 3rd floor of a recently built, secure building with superior soundproofing, situated in the Nouvo St-Roch district.

The kitchen:
It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a table with six seats, a dishwasher, and is equipped with the basics you will need for cooking (oil, spices, salt and pepper, coffee, etc.).

Bedrooms and living room:
The condo has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed with a hybrid mattress (like those used in hotels), duck down pillows, a fiber duvet, and good-quality cotton sheets. Please note that one of the bedrooms is not completely enclosed by a wall (see photos).

In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed with the same quality pillows, duvets, and sheets as in the bedroom. A memory foam mattress topper is also available in the closet for added comfort.

Bathroom :
A shower with quality soap, shampoo and conditioner (Vicky, your host, is a hairdresser!). Washer and dryer also available.

Amenities:
A smart TV on which you can access all your online streaming services (subscriptions required).
High-speed internet of 1500 Mbps.
Air conditioning.
Superior soundproofing.
Private indoor parking.
Passenger access
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo and its balcony.

You will share the gym, rooftop terrace, and BBQ facilities with other building residents. Take advantage of this space to enjoy drinks or cook while meeting new people :). Please note that the terrace is closed during the winter months.

Other points to note
Staying in downtown Quebec City allows you to discover the old town with all its advantages. You’ll be in the heart of the action, steps away from the best restaurants, main attractions, and public transportation. This ideal location will allow you to maximize your time and fully enjoy the city.

However, being located in the heart of the city, it is possible to occasionally hear urban noises such as car horns or emergency sirens. Despite the high-quality soundproofing of our building and the addition of acoustic curtains, some noise may occasionally be audible.

We want you to be fully informed so you have a pleasant stay. If you think this detail might affect your experience, we suggest you consider accommodation outside the city centre. Otherwise, we are confident you will thoroughly enjoy your stay with us, in the heart of vibrant Quebec City.

The condo is part of a condominium association that places great importance on the respect and tranquility of its residents. Therefore, no parties or excessive noise are permitted after 10 p.m. That said, with all the restaurants and bars located just steps from the condo, you’ll have no shortage of places to party!
