Old Town Apartment with Garden Featured

The Garden
The private patio with bougainvillea and banana trees will help you capture the magic essence of the Mediterranean atmosphere. The high stone walls surrounding the garden offer privacy and tranquillity. Equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a big umbrella for sun protection and the BBQ area, this the perfect place to relax, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.

The House
Ground floor: From the entrance, you enter the comfortable spacious dinning – living room (with fire place, a sofa- bed, screen TV- Netflix etc, table and chairs), the kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen has all the necessary facilities for self-catering, including an electric cook and oven, the fridge freezer and dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster. Plus there is a washing machine and ironing facilities.

In the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds air-condition and ceiling fan giving that extra cool breeze for a good night sleep. There is also a second bathroom and a shower room.
Our home can accommodate up to 5 people. We provide all necessary linen and towels. Hot water supply is constant, powered by solar energy. All windows and doors have insect protection net. There are also a Fire extinguisher, a First Aid Kit and a safe. It is available on request a cot and a highchair for a baby.

The neighborhood
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center, while also sheltered from the noise of the city. All sights of the Old Town, monuments, museums, shopping market, pharmacy and entertainment district with taverns, restaurants and bars, are within a 5 – 10 minute walk from the house. In the picturesque streets surrounding the house you will find monuments, mini markets, bakeries, tourist’s accommodations and souvenir shops.

Transportation
Just outside the Gate of St. Athanasius, (2 min. walk) ,there is a taxi station and a bus station (suburban & urban) leading you to the beaches and beyond. There is also free parking space available right next to St. Athanasius gate.

Before your arrival we will send you detailed information on how to reach the house.Inside the house you’ll find a Welcoming basket and a manual full of information and tips for your stay.
