    • Cancellations made within 1-15 days of the check-in date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee depends on HOST conditions, it could be 0% also.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
  4. Early Check-Out:
    • If a guest decides to check out earlier than the reserved check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
  5. Refunds for Special Offers and Promotions:
    • Refunds for bookings made under special offers or promotions will be subject to the terms and conditions specified for that particular offer.

  7. Force Majeure:

Host Refund Policy.

Thank you for choosing VACATIONMANTRA.COM as the platform to showcase your properties. We value our partnership with hosts and aim to provide a seamless experience. Please review our refund policy for host memberships below:

  1. Membership Fee:
    • Hosts are required to pay an annual membership fee to list their properties on VACATIONMANTRA.COM. The fee covers the cost of featuring your listings, access to our booking platform, and other associated services.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds for the annual membership fee are available within 7 days from the date of payment.
    • If a host wishes to cancel their membership after the refund period, no refunds will be issued for the remaining membership term.
  • Change of Mindrefund, if you change your mind about listing your property on Vacationmantra.com then you can ask for a full refund within 1 week from the date of advertising. You don’t need to give an explanation on why you are asking for the full refund. No questions asked.
    • Data discrepancies refund: if you find that Vacationmantra.com did not list the property as you had originally specified or the information given on the website was different from what you had originally put in, then you are entitled to ask for a full refund within 1 week from the date of advertising.
    • Any other requests for refunds (such as a refund request after 1 week) will not be accepted.
    • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated from our end within 1-2 weeks.
